Staff and rentals are perfect. The whole experience working with them was easy and thoughtful- the staff even helped us by leaving our equipment on the porch Sunday- the day their closed- so we could grab snow shoes on our way to yellowstone. Would totally use them again in the future when visiting.
Found some decent bike locks at decent prices. Thought staff would be more knowledgeable about the local hiking trails but at least they knew who I should ask.
