Outstanding customer service and their guides are second to none. Been shopping and visiting with the shop for over six years and have had nothing but great experiences. Whenever there's a problem they always go above and beyond to make it right. Their knowledge of the Yellowstone runs deep as well as the surrounding waters. This is the complete angler headquarters for the greater Yellowstone area and the only guide service I recommend contacting .

After some less than good experiences other places outside the Livingston area, it was refreshing to meet James and get river info, flies, etc. What a great place, thank you!
Terrible e-commerce company. Definitely do not recommend ordering online. Ordered rod and reel 17 days ago and they only shipped it today after having to call and insist that they replace the back-order item with something similar. They take 2-3 days to answer emails (having to always send two before they answer) and do not give you lead time on back-ordered items. After suggesting they NOT sell out of stock items they insisted that its how they do business. I let them know that the rod and reel were birthday presents and needed to have them within two weeks and there was not effort made to find a replacement reel. A perfect example of why Amazon will rule the shopping world.
