They're service was good. However, I was very dissapointed in their prices. They wanted $6k to install a tankless water heater that included running 60' of gas line. This price seemed exorbitant. Then, they spend 2.5 hours installing a standard water heater, but charged us 5.5 hours of labor. I could have understood charging us 3.5 hours including an hour for the initial estimate, but this was obscene.
We had a broken pipe. I called Ranger at 8:00 a.m. and spoke to someone right away. Ranger Plumbing was able to fit me into their busy schedule and get it fixed in 20 minutes. I was very happy with this company. It's hard to get a plumber in our town to come out the same day. Ranger was very kind to fit me into their schedule. No water with 2 small kids isn't fun! Thanks Ranger Plumbing!!!
