Totally incompetent. Dropped off a 3 hundred dollar comforter for dry cleaning. They charged me 30 dollars to throw it in a wash machine. Needles to say they ruined it. The tag clearly says "dry clean only". When I asked them for a refund they said it was my fault that I didn't tell them how to clean it. All I can say is wow. Incredibly rude to boot. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Took my $300 hand stitched Anthropology quilt to them for dry cleaning (which has been dry cleaned before) and they LAUNDERED it instead. It was returned to me wet and all the stitching was torn out and the batting balled up in the middle. When I confronted them about it they denied laundering it and said it was the quilts fault. They refused to replace it and I had to fight just to get the $45 "dry cleaning" fee back. Stay far away from this place!
Very friendly and small-town quality. They will do exactly what you say, you just have to tell them exactly what you want...I have only had good experiences there with friendly help.
