I would give our nurse, Fred, at the ER a 5 star rating but Dr Briggs a 1 star. Didn't introduce himself to any of us, (myself, my husband, nor our son, who was laying on the gourney)wasn't thorough, didn't explain next steps, didn't explain anything about our sons prescriptions, when he left he didn't say how or who will give us the written prescription, so we went to the receptionist... Glad Fred met us there, explained the prescriptions and so on.... Not pleased with the Dr at all. Wasn't even remotely friendly either.
First I wanna start by saying this hospital is THE best hospital I've been to in my entire life. My name is Quarshawnda Peppers Im from Nashville TN and in 1991 i was diagnosed with Sickle Cell. Ive lived my entired life in pain. So on June 3 I was going thru a pain crisis and I needed medical attention. I came here to this hospital where Eric was assigned my nurse, before I go any further Eric thank you, u were patient with me every step of the way and Im so humble and thankful. When my doctor came in to see me i told them i was uncomfortable sitting in the chair and within minutes they had me in a room in a bed. Doctor Wright was my doctor, and he was training a young lady named Anna. Anna if u apply everything this great man shows and teaches you I promise you'll excell and be just as great as he is. Doctor Wright treated my illness and helpedme in more ways then one. I cant tell u the last time ive felt no pain, and its not about race or color or religion. This entire hospital deserves so much recognition. Once again Thank you so much Doctor Wright Anna and Eric, I'll never ever ever forget the 3 people who took a stranger like myself treated me and pretty much cured me(lol). Thank yall so much.
Worst experience every time the staff is extremely unprofessional and not at all helpful with basic questions. Living in Livingston I prefer to drive to Bozeman in an emergency situation because I feel it would be safer. On one occasion my brother was stung by several bees and is extremely allergic, not having access to his epipen at the time we were forced to take him to the Livingston hospital where we were all met by a rude receptionist that seemed as though we were interrupting her evening and asked to wait in the waiting room where my brother, 20 minutes later became unconscious and collapsed in his seat. It was only then we received medical attention. I fear for unknowing families visiting Livingston healthcare.
I have been going here for several years. I just had a hip replacement done the Orthopedic surgeons have given me a new life, The care was amazing, they are extremly caring and the nurses from when you go into the first step of surgery all to recovery room then to your own room is amazing. I cant say enough about any of them. The CEO and the the other CEO i cant thank them enough for looking after my Mom i was still in surgery until just around 7 and the two CEOs saw my Mom sitting there came over took her to the kitchen got her water and food. Amazing I tueley love the staff and my doctors. Thank you for everything and for whatever comes down the road. Sincerly Shawnann Dunkin
Dr. Helin and her crew are so amazing! I was seen here throughout my pregnancy,and for my C-section. What a wonderful experience with such knowledgeable and thoughtful people. I am so grateful for their special care and intelligence.
