Great little Ace Hardware where the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was in and out in 5 minutes for some wire.
I always find what I need, and I'm always amazed at how I'm treated like family by the staff!
Very disappointing. I have shopped at Ace over the many decades I have lived here in Livingston, and it is usually quite pleasant. But there is a cashier working there now that is quite unpleasant and seems to take great pride in being as nasty as possible. She is rude to my wife, curt to me, and flatly refused to help me with a charge they were supposed to put on my card, but didn't. She refused to do anything to help. Her excuse was there was "nobody in the office" to help me, and I would have to call back on Monday. No apology, only attitude. I felt as though I should be apologizing for calling at all.
THE nicest, friendliest, most helpful staff. Beautiful new enormous store! No need to ever go to Bozeman now! How lucky is Livingston!
