I decided to order roses from the shop down the street from this store, not only was I completely over charged but they were not what I wanted. In a panic on my wedding day I called Floral Boutique. Thay saved my day. They were sympathetic and helpful. The woman at Livingston Floral and Gifts hung up on me when I called for help!! If you're looking for good prices and honesty, save yourself time, money, and one big headache. Choose Floral Boutique.

Do not use them. Absolutely unreliable. Ordered flowers for a burial and flowers were never delivered at the time agreed and promised. They state that they did deliver it we never saw it and the services lasted over 1hr. We were at the grave site for over 2hrs. If it was delivered it was not delivered when promised and not even near the time promised. I have no way of knowing if it was ever delivered.
1 star is more than deserved here. I had been using Livingston Floral and Gifts down the road for several years to get flowers to my mom who lives in Livingston but heard they closed and chose the only game in town, which turned out to be TERRIBLE. I called and placed an order for a flower arrangement to be delivered that day for my mom's 80th BDAY. When I spoke to her that evening she said she never received anything and had been home all day. I called the florist to find out what happened and was told they tried 2 times but couldn't get through due to construction (found out they didn't try hard enough as there were routes around to be able to get to her residence that day). They said they would try again that day. I called back to request they make it late in the day due to my mom being in Bozeman for a dr appt until early afternoon. I do not know when they tried but was told they did when I called on the 3rd day to inquire why (after asking them to call me if they couldn't deliver, which they did not) she still had not received. Ultimately she drove to the flower shop to pick up herself (WHAT?) and found the place to be less than one would expect and picked up an arrangement that she said was clearly not worth what I had paid. I AM SO FRUSTRATED and want to make sure folks know you would be better off having FTD or 1800Flowers ship something in rather than go here. I am sure you can get something better at the grocery store even.... LAST TIME TO USE THIS PLACE!!!
