Dr. Frederickson is a good dentist, but there is a totally incompetent billing department that did not even submit my billing for months. Then they claimed they called my insurance company and could not find a record of my account. Yet when I call my company I have no problem finding record of my policy. Then when an emergency arose they refused to cover me and I was in extreme pain for several days, due to a billing issue that was not of my doing. I could see withholding treatment for optional or cosmetic procedures pending resolution of a billing question, but to with hold treatment of an emergency procedure when the patient is in extreme paid is the height of insensitivity. I realize they need to get paid to sustain their practice, but to put making a buck above the welfare of their patients when a patient is in considerable pain is reprehensible.
Excellent experience. Had to schedule urgent appointment to remove foreign body from gums. Dr. Elizabeth E Blavatsky DDS provided an exemplary anesthetic block and procedure was completely pain free. Started feeling better immediately. She even called me the following day to make sure I was feeling better. Would highly recommend.
I need a simple extraction done and nobody is willing to do it there because I have Medicare and I've been waiting a month to get into the dental surgeon who is another month out. I'm in extreme pain and they couldn't care less.
