So I unfortunately have to already give the place a 4 due to its small size it's nice to have a small quiet dinner however if they get busy there is no room and the noise becomes annoying. It is a beautiful lil dinner but it gives the feel of the east coast which is weird to me being from the west. I had a lobster Benedict and it was good I would have enjoyed more lobster to the dish surprised at the balance between lobster and a English muffin. My next improvement would have been more potatoes if I had been from Idaho and a spud farmer someone would be getting mashed. Overall I enjoyed my first visit and would recommend this place to a friend or family.
Good food and reasonable prices. Great place to meet for lunch or breakfast. The fresh squeezed juice is delicious
We came here a few times on our visit. Initially it was for the scotch eggs, and they did not disappoint. Crispy outside warm center. We also had the biscuits and gravy and eggs Benedict (also delicious). The staff is super friendly and I would strongly recommend this place for a hearty breakfast

My wife and I were in Livingston and decided to grab a late breakfast. After learning that the Beanery was closed, we turned to technology to find our next destination. "OK Google, where's a good breakfast in Livingston?" We landed at Pinky's, and found a very clean establishment with a friendly server, and great music with an incredible bass groove...I digress. I had my heart set on chicken fried steak, which was apparently on special last week and AMAZING, but not available. So we each ordered a different Benedict. I took a chance on the "Waffle Benny"...waffles with bacon inside topped with sausage, over easy eggs, hollandaise, and maple syrup with a side of country style taters. Ho-ly smokes. I did not miss the country fried steak in the least bit. Kudos to you Pinky, you waffle Jedi, you. We will be back!
