Do not us wells fargo as bank. The do not let you spend your money as needed even with a business checking I am limited to what I can spend with my own money
Wells Fargo drive up used to be open 1/2 hour before the doors opened. NOT NOW!
Every time I walk in I’m greeted by name in a friendly manner. The tellers are quick and helpful. Management has gone out of their way to resolve issues. Overall fantastic experience.
Don't expect anything from this bank that puts the customer first.

We have numurous accounts with WF including our business accounts. We had our business account check card identity stolen and hundreds of dollars charged to our account and called this particular local bank the day of. They told us that they were too busy to deal with our problem and to call back later. Luckily these fraudulent charges weren't in the thousands or worse. We didn't recieve a call back for 7 hours after our initial call. We made numerous other calls to this bank and we even walked in but couldn't talk to a manager as they were "too busy". This local bank is a poor reflection on Wells Fargo. Avoid doing business with them as they have no concern for your account and are very poorly managed.
We have used this bank for over 20 years only because it seemed like more trouble than it was worth to change, and it seemed to us other banks would be the same. By "the same," we mean inconsiderate, greedy, thoughtless, uncaring, and the rest of the typical adjectives describing corporate greed and "rules before people" type thinking.
The employees do a good job, but with corporate taking away service that I use, I am wondering why I keep my accounts here.
