Thanks for responding to my first review, I have since been back and everything is okay but then today was served wrong bagel, not ready avocado, one bagel was placed on top of the other for a decadent and it was a mess. If zero stars was an option you would have it if not for your good baristas.
Awesome food and service! The Montana cup burrito is very tasty. Great coffee and scones as well. Highly recommend a visit here!
New owners...prices went up, coffee was half froth, and breakfast bagels that used to be awesome are terrible.
Service was extremely slow; waited in line 20 minutes with 3 people ahead of me; waited another 23 minutes for a Sheepherder's burrito. The burrito was okay, not bad, nothing special. I will return to give a second chance. I could only see 2 people working; definitely needed a 3rd set of hands.

Here are some suggestions: "Thanks for coming in what can I get you today?" "Do you have any suggestions for us?" "How was your food today?" The woman who served by friend and I NEVER made eye contact with me but did make eye contact and speak to my friend. She spent more time looking at the computer than looking at either of us. She did not smile and she did not thank us. These are very very basic customer service skills and I am not the only person to make note of them. And I am sorry but I can not imagine bringing food to someone and not bringing utensils and napkins. The same happened to the table next to us. When I went up to ask for utensils, I wasn't just given a knife, fork, spoon and given an apology (the same girl served the food to us). I was asked if I NEEDED a fork, a knife, a spoon. I am not sure what is going on but customer service is a top priority with me as I work very hard for every penny I make as many people in this county do. If you want my hard earned funds, at least show some basic customer service. I will come back and hope for the best. The renovations are really outstanding! Unfortunately the woman taking our order wasn't very friendly and definitely has a chip on her shoulder. The food was really very good! But the young woman who brought the food didn't have the sense to bring utensils or napkins and there are none placed in the eating area. Lacking in common sense!
